Ladies' Social Group

We have a social group for ladies where we meet together for fellowship as well as participating in fundraising activities.  In 2021, we held a delicious community cream tea in support of the girls at the Lufutuko Community School in Zambia to make sustainable sanitary products.  We also joined a Hospice online quiz, did a walk and pub lunch, enjoyed a competitive evening playing croquet and ended the year with a Christmas pot luck supper. Our last event was a garden social.  Our next event is on Thursday 25 August, from 6 pm - a Croquet evening. Yes, this popular event is back. Please contact Sandra on email sandra@knatchbulls.co.uk if you would like to join us and for more details - it was such fun last time!  Bring a drink/nibbles too.

Food Bank Support

As the cost of living rises, food banks become even more important.  There is a box in the porch at Holy Cross Church which can be filled with items as detailed on the link here (towards bottom of page).  These are taken regularly to the Salvation Army Hub where they are distributed.
